He selects the appropriate category and receives a list of specialists with a brief description of the tasks for which each employee is responsible.
The bot allows you to create appointments: an employee just needs to schedule an appointment, specify additional details and add favorite employees. The chatbot will notify them, book a time in the meeting room and create a corresponding mention in the Google calendar of all participants.

The chatbot interacts with the employee in the messenger, providing him with support in the process of getting acquainted with the rules, values and policies of the company. During onboarding, the bot introduces the basic data: already at the first stage, the employee has information about the tasks and goals for starting work. The bot provides easy and quick adaptation, as it has answers to all typical questions and independently introduces the team to a new employee.
Besides, the bot also solves everyday issues of a new employee: finding and requesting access to corporate parking, places for lunch, issuing a pass, placing offices, etc. This will allow the newcomer not to distract the team from work, and not to ask uncomfortable questions, increasing his loyalty to the company.
Working according to prescribed algorithms, the bot supports the employee, trains them if necessary, monitors progress and generates a final report for the company's management. After the completion of the trial period, the bot conducts a survey of the employee to determine the level of satisfaction, motivation and loyalty.
