Chatbot for a chain of supermarkets

Chat bot for a trading company and a network of regional supermarkets. The key task of the chatbot is a built-in loyalty program for customers with personal cards with barcodes. The user can register with chatbots using a phone number and get a personal loyalty card to accumulate bonuses. In the store, the client can provide a barcode generated through a chatbot and receive a discount or use accumulated bonus points.

The chatbot is synchronized with third-party services of the company to synchronize the loyalty program for retail through the bot with other channels of communication with customers. Also, the chatbot has an informational component for informing users about new company promotions, contacts, working hours, etc. Also, the chatbot has a feedback function.
