Chatbot for the public organization In Touch Ukraine, working under the auspices of UNICEF. The organization is engaged in helping people on various humanitarian issues in the Zhytomyr region of Ukraine. A chatbot helps people make a quick call to an organization by answering basic questions. Which, in turn, helps to unload the employees of the organization and separate the most important issues that require a priority response.

The chatbot, in addition to the user interface for viber, also has a management system in which employees of the organization work to receive and process requests from citizens.
