User's personal account

Using the functionality of the Gerabot designer, it is possible to create a full-fledged user account in the chatbot. For this, you need to attract the following opportunities:

• customers or tags;
• setting access rights to the script, which will be the user's account;
• custom variable settings;
• using variables in the script;

Script access rights can be granted by:

• having chat connections with the client card;
• having a phone number in the chat;
• tags added in the system.

Access rights can be configured in additional script settings. To do this, you need to choose a condition (tag, presence of a customer card, phone number) and choose the scenario to which the user will go if the access conditions to the scenario are not met.

For example, we set the access condition ”for clients” and write the script text. 

In order to provide personalized information to the client in the cabinet, we use a custom variable in the text. Variables can be added in the settings in the “user variables” category.

After adding the variables, go to the card of one of the clients and in the “user variables” tab we prescribe the value of the variable for the current client.

That is, currently we have fulfilled the following conditions for a personal account:

• created a client access script;
• created custom variables to personalize the information that will be displayed to the client;
• customize the value of the variable for an individual client;
• added a custom variable to the text of the personal account script to display the client's personalized information.

Now, going to the corresponding script “personal cabinet” in the chatbot, the user will see the value of the variable that we have written personally for him.
