To set up a chat on the site, you need to go to the “settings” tab after registration. and “site widget”. In this section, it is enough to copy the code for the widget and install it on your site in the section. After that, the chat will immediately start working on your site.

Managing chat scripts for a site to interact with a site user is the same as creating chatbot logic using scripts. If there is no need to connect the bot for the site, it is enough to create one script and add the “connect operator” button to it; after clicking on which a request will be received about the need to join the conversation with the site user.
