To create a guide, you need to go to the appropriate section of the chat bot and click the button “Add a guide” and create a new directory by adding its name.
After creating a new directory, you need to configure the element fields. To do this, you need to go to the settings and create new fields by choosing their types.

After creating the directory and the fields of its elements, we can go to the settings of the directory itself.
Customer directory - this option enables the condition that directory items are displayed only to those customers in whose settings they are selected.
Add search action to keyboard - this option adds the ability to add an action to the button in the keyboard, searching for an item.
Add Help Display Action to Keyboard - this option adds the ability to add an action to a button on the keyboard that triggers the display of help items.
Display in the bot.
In the display tab of the directory element, or the directory in the chatbot, you need to configure the type of message format in which the directory element will be displayed.
To add an element of the directory, you need to click the corresponding button and fill in the fields of the element.
To display the directory or catalog in the chatbot, you need to add the corresponding action to the button in the script keyboard.
