Creating and working with leads

There are two ways to create leads in the Gerabot system. The first is adding a lead in manual mode in the “leads” section.


In order to create a new lead, you need to go to the leads section and press the “Add lead” button.

After that, a page opens with filling in data on the ice.

Possible data:

  • lead category;
  • name, surname, patronymic;
  • phone;
  • company;
  • email;
  • comment.

After adding, the lead will appear in the general list of leads. For more convenient management of leads, you can apply filtering of leads by parameters:

  • category;
  • source;
  • the manager behind which the ice is fixed.

The second method of adding leads is automatic. To do this, you need to create a script labeled "feedback form".

To create questions for the form, you need to go to the corresponding tab of the script settings and add questions.

When adding a question, you must fill in the following fields:

  • field type (selection from the system options of lead setting fields);
  • title (internal title of the question);
  • the question the user will see;
  • response options (or an empty field if the user must enter text).

After filling out the form, a new ice will appear in the system with the data fields filled in the form.
