In case the bot is designed for different language audiences, Gerabot provides the possibility to add the functionality of switching languages in the bot and filling the bot with content for different languages.

By default, one language is included in the bot, which is the main one and in which the content and work of the chatbot itself is carried out. In order for bot users to be able to switch the chatbot language, additional bot language options must be added to the settings.

Adding a language in the chatbot


After an additional language is added, the chatbot administrator gets the following options:

  • filling chatbot content with additional languages;
  • setting the ability to switch chatbot language for bot users.

 

The following content can be translated into additional languages:

  • bot script text;
  • chatbot keyboard;
  • questions and answers in contact forms;
  • system phrases.

To fill the content in other languages, you need to switch the language mark next to the element that needs to be edited. For example, script text.
