The Gerabot system provides the ability to configure contact or lead generation forms to generate leads and further process the data received from the forms.
To create a form, you need to go to the "Feedback Forms" tab in the settings. This page displays a list of already added forms, if any. To add a new form, click the “Create form” button.
First, you need to specify the basic settings of the new form, such as:
The basic settings of the form can be changed in the future.
After creating the form, you can proceed to adding questions and answers to the form. This can be done in the “Form questions” tab by clicking on the name of the form in the list.
One question is one user step in the form. For each question, quick answers can be added. If quick answers are not added, the user will be expected to enter text in response to the form question.
Let's analyze the settings of one form question using an example.
First, we see the internal title of the question, in our case “Bot Builder”. The second field is the text of the question that the user will see and the media file, if one is added to the content of the form question.
Next, we see quick answers to the question added. To add a new answer, click “Add quick answer”.
A quick response consists of the name of the button that the user will see and the action to be taken when clicking on that button. With the help of the action, you can add standard lead fields to the answers, which will be filled with the user's text or the name of the button, as well as connect different forms to branch out their structure.
After the user fills out the form in the chatbot, a new lead will be created in the system (if this setting is enabled in the corresponding form).
Leads can be filtered using filters on the section page and downloaded to an Excel file for further analysis.
