Clients in the Gerabot system can be created in two ways. The first is adding a client manually in the "clients" section.

In order to create a new client, you need to go to the clients section and click the “Add client” button.

After that, a page opens with filling in data on the client.

Possible data:

  • customer category;
  • name, surname, patronymic;
  • phone;
  • company;
  • email;
  • related chat.

After adding, the client will appear in the general list of clients. For more convenient customer management, you can filter customers by parameters:

  • category;
  • client search.


The second way to add customers is to add a customer through a lead card. To do this, you need to go to the lead, and click the create client button on the right.

Creating a client through a lead

In this case, a customer will be created using the existing lead data.

Customer data editing takes place on the customer's page when a transition to it is made through the customer list.

The client has the following tabs available for editing:

  • basic settings;
  • files;
  • related leads;
  • related requests;
  • user variables.
