The editing page is divided into subsections that are displayed in the left sidebar:

  • 1. General data
    • 1.1. Always shown as script title

Let's consider each of them

The “General data” subsection is always identical to the script name - when you click on it, a form opens with the following fields :

  • 1. Category
    • 1.1. Drop-down list of previously added categories and subcategories, to which this scenario is attached
    • 1.2. It is not necessary to select a category for the scenario. If you do not select a category for a scenario, it will simply be in the general list of scenarios
  • 2. Title
    • 2.1. This name is only internal, it is displayed only in your account and nowhere else.
  • 3. Keywords
    • 3.1. As a team
      • 3.1.1. Write commands in the bot through a slash “/”
    • 3.2. As a word or phrase
      • 3.2.1. If words without a slash “/” are specified, a search will be performed on the content specified in the texts of the scripts.
      • 3.2.2. If you specify phrases, then you need to enter with quotes. For example, "We are"
      • 3.2.3. You can add several words and phrases, but they must be separated by a semicolon ”;”
    • 3.3. Words can be written in Cyrillic and Latin
    • 3.4. You can specify any other words, then
  • 4.Response text
    • 4.1. Here you describe what the user should receive in response to the command or the words / phrases for which the request was
  • 5.Keyboard type
    • 5.1. Plain
      • 5.1.1. When bot buttons are in the message input bar
    • 5.2. Inline
      • 5.2.1. When the buttons are in a message sent to the chatbot
      • 5.2.2. This keyboard is only for Telegram, it is not used in viber
  • 6. Checkbox “Form”
    • 6.1. Creates a subsection with a set of questions for the user
    • 6.2. If selected when creating a script, then this section is configured by the “Form” subsection in the right side bar
    • 6.3. All form responses will be displayed in the "Chats" and "Requests" sections
  • 7. Checkbox “Mark as read”
    • 7.1. This is an internal setting so that when responses are received from the bot according to this scenario - in the “Chats” section, such messages are automatically marked as read
    • 7.2. If the checkbox is not selected, all messages according to this scenario will be sent to chats as unread SMS
  • 8. Actions before the script
    • 8.1. Choose from a list of additional scenarios that will be included in the “Requests” section of your account
  • 9. Actions after the script
    • 9.1. Select from a list of additional scenarios. That is, these are the actions of users in your bot after passing through this scenario. The results of these actions will go to the “Requests” section of your account
    • 9.2.
  • 10. Run the following script
    • 10.1. Select from a list of pre-existing scenarios that will run after the completion of this scenario you added
  • 11. Add button

Subsection “Additional” - when you click on it, a page with blocks opens:

  • 1. Optional
    • 1.1. Includes a field with the addition of geolocation in the format of coordinates - width and longitude
    • 1.2. Coordinates to the scenario are added only in the singular
    • 1.3. Coordinates can be found on google maps.

  • 2. Pictures
    • 2.1. If an inappropriate file format is loaded, a file format type error will be displayed
    • 2.2. You can add multiple images

  • 4. Documents
    • 4.1. All file formats are allowed, since files are often opened via messengers using third-party applications on phones

Subsection "Keyboard" - when you click on it - opens a list of queries. Each request includes the fields:

  • 1. Number
    • 1. Sequence number, how the button will be displayed for bot users
  • Button Width
    • 1. By default, the maximum size is always set - 12
    • 2. The recommended minimum value for correct display is 2
  • 3. Action
    • 3.1. Not chosen
    • 3.2. Phone request
    • 3.3. Location Request
    • 3.4. For an inline keyboard, this field is not selected and an alert is displayed in the title field
  • 4. Text
    • 4.1. Button name
  • 5. Scenario
    • 5.1. If the action is not selected - From the drop-down list, select where the button will lead after clicking in the bot
      • 5.1.1. After attaching the script to the button - you can go and view the script you have chosen
    • 5.2. If the action was selected - then the script under the action is never selected
  • 6.Save button
    • 6.1. After saving, it changes to “Delete”
    • 6.2. A line with empty fields is automatically added for the next question
