Chat History

Each user who interacted with the bot in one of the communication channels gets into the system and his correspondence with the bot becomes available to the bot administrator. 

The conversation displays all the actions that the user has performed, which makes it possible to analyze the most frequent chains of user actions in the bot and understand the effectiveness of certain scenarios.

Also, on the chat page, the bot administrator can disable the bot for a specific user and join the chat on their own, or completely block the bot from working for the user. 

Also, the chat page displays basic information about the user, including:

  • user nickname in messenger;
  • image;
  • UI language;
  • messenger;
  • registration date;
  • phone;
  • Chat category (selected by admin).
