Feedback form
The key task of the chatbot is to receive information from – convenient form for filling and data transfer. The form provides for several questions and the ability to add a media object file.
Control and processing system
Requests received by chatbot administrators can be parsed and processed through the bot management system. The received data is structured and processed by request types and can be filtered in the system.
Feedback
If necessary, if the bot administrator needs to clarify the received data, he can contact the user using the management system, without having to call the user or send an email.
