The chatbot contains a complete analogue of the functionality of the company's online store, including: product catalog, product cards, product attributes and filters, search, shopping cart and payment systems through the chatbot.
Online payment
The chatbot is connected to the online payment system used on the client's website. The chatbot user has the opportunity, without leaving the store bot, to place an order through the cart in the chatbot and immediately pay for it.
Data synchronization
The chatbot shop is fully synchronized with the site database: categories, products, filters, etc. This is done to make it easier and more convenient to manage the assortment of the store, to receive new orders immediately in the store management system.
