An extensive and convenient chatbot structure was developed in which the user can easily find information about the insurance company he is interested in and its services. Also, the user can ask the bot operator for help at any time.

The chatbot provides the ability to provide the bot user with text content at each step in the chatbot, as well as media files that can be attached to any messages in the bot. This enables the user to receive complete information in the bot.
