If you use the chat for the Gerabot site, or the bots you set up on the bot designer have the functionality of connecting the operator, then in order to receive information about new connection requests in a timely manner, you need to configure synchronization with the Telegram group for notifications or add an email to the settings for new notifications.
To connect an email address, you just need to specify it in settings->system and notifications.
If you want to receive notifications about new requests from users, or about new leads in the Telegram group, you need to take the following steps.
1. Create a telegram group.
To create a Telegram group, you need to open your account settings from your smartphone and click "New Group". After clicking, you will be asked to choose group members and its name.
If you have already created a telegram bot, you can immediately join the group and proceed to the 3rd step. If the bot has not yet been created, proceed to step 2.
2. Create telegram bot.
To create bot telegrams, you need to find a bot with the name BotFather in the telegram search. After that, press the start button and write, or select "/newbot" from the suggested commands.
Next, BotFather will prompt you to enter a name and link for your bot. After entering these data, the bot will send you a message that the bot has been created.
Next, we return to the created group and add a new member of the group, the newly created chatbot.
3. We get the ID of the group for notifications.
After the chatbot is added to the group members, it is necessary to write the /getchatid command in the group.
In response, you will be sent a message with the ID of the notification group. After that, just copy the ID and add it in the system under settings->system and notifications.
Now information about each new request or lead will immediately come in the form of a notification from a link in the created group.
